Early Years Practitioner
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, supportive team. The role is ideal for someone passionate about nurturing young children and giving them the best possible start in life.
Requirements

Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above in Early Years / Early Childhood Studies

A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children in their early years
Role Overview

Take responsibility for identifying and meeting the individual needs of children in your care

Work as part of a team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning and play environment

Prepare and set up learning spaces and meal areas throughout the day

Maintain accurate online learning profiles for each child

Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and well maintained

Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues

Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, and nursery policies at all times

Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to the wider nursery team
